* We ship items in a timely response, same day or next business day, unless it is weather or holiday circumstances or it falls on a Sunday. Tracking Number or Delivery Confirmation is FREE for USA buyers and is sent to the buyer automatically after item is shipped. Check your order detail and paypal transaction detail for tracking number.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS are responsible for Customs fees/taxes/tariffs. Please do not ask us to mark the package as "gift" as it is against the US and Philippine law. We use First Class Mail International as the lowest shipping cost for you unless you requested for a faster shipping method which cost is much higher. There is no Tracking Number available for this but we can provide the Customs Label Receipt Number. It is not a tracking number. Shipping delivery date is not guaranteed on this type of service. It could take longer than the normal transit time so please do not take it against us, as we are not in control of the delivery. Your package passes through your country's Customs check and shipping delivery varies from time to time, so please check with your local post office also if delay happens.
Buyers are responsible for giving accurate and valid shipping address, otherwise will be responsible for re-shipping or replacing the order.
Please understand that once we ship your orders, delivery is beyond our control. So please be patient to allow the item to arrive on its normal delivery date.
* RETURN POLICY
Returns are accepted within 14 days ONLY and we has been notified on the intent to return item/s prior to return. Shipping and handling charges are not refunded. However, a FULL REFUND will be provided if it is our error (like wrong item was sent other than the description). A full refund will be issued only when seller received and inspected the item/s.
